Where We Are
From us, to you.

Two years ago, you believed in me and put in approximately ₦10,000,000. We used that money to build a physical logistics operation — bikes, riders, delivery infrastructure. It didn't work out the way we planned. We shut it down, absorbed the lesson, and moved on.

What you are reading now is a completely different business. Dashspid is software — a platform that Nigerian courier and delivery operators pay a monthly subscription to use. Every delivery payment they process goes through Dashspid, which generates additional revenue on top of that subscription. No bikes. No riders. No fuel. No warehouse.

This document lays out the business, what the numbers look like month by month from July 2026, and how the investment gets paid back — along with what the relationship looks like beyond that.

The Business
What Dashspid does
Most small delivery businesses in Nigeria manage everything through WhatsApp — pricing, orders, customer communication. It is chaotic and slow, and they lose customers because of it every single day. Dashspid replaces all of that with one simple platform.
A branded ordering website
Each operator gets their own website (e.g. quickriders.dashspid.com) where customers place orders and get an instant delivery price — without a single WhatsApp message.
An automated WhatsApp bot
The bot takes orders, quotes prices, and confirms bookings on the operator's WhatsApp — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, automatically.
Instant pricing
Operators set their rates once. Every order prices itself automatically from that point — no manual calculation, no negotiation with customers.
One dashboard
All orders, riders, revenue, and customer records in one place — accessible from any phone or laptop, in real time.
Revenue Model
How money comes in, every month
A typical active operator in Lagos does 3 to 4 deliveries per day — roughly 100 orders a month. At an average delivery value of ₦10,000, each operator processes about ₦1,000,000 through the platform monthly. Dashspid earns from two sources on every operator.
Monthly subscription
₦4,999/month per operator. Any active rider hits the free plan limit in their first week and must upgrade to continue operating.
₦4,999 / operator
Transaction fee
2.5% on every delivery payment processed through the platform. At 100 orders × ₦10,000 average, that is ₦1M in transactions per operator per month.
₦25,000 / operator
Total per operator
Combined monthly revenue from a single active operator. This is what scales as more operators join.
≈ ₦30,000 / month
The trigger point: At approximately 34 paying operators, monthly revenue crosses ₦1,000,000. That is when the repayment structure activates. Everything before that point goes back into growing the business to reach that number faster.
The Growth Plan
How we get to 34 operators and beyond
There are three phases. The first two months cost almost nothing — growth is driven entirely by showing up in person and direct conversations. Advertising only comes in once there are real operators with real results to show.
Months 1–3 · Jul–Sep
Personal outreach
Visiting dispatch parks in Lagos personally. Showing operators a live demo on a laptop. Signing them up on the spot. Also reaching operators through WhatsApp groups and Facebook communities specifically for Lagos couriers.
~₦10,000/month — infrastructure only
Month 4 · Oct
First video ads
Once real operators are on the platform with real results, short videos are recorded showing their before and after. These run as targeted adverts on Facebook and Instagram reaching other Lagos courier operators.
~₦110,000/month — ads + infrastructure
Months 5–6 · Nov–Dec
Scale and referrals
Existing operators refer others. A private community for Dashspid users drives word of mouth. The channels that have brought in the most operators get more focus and budget.
~₦200,000/month — ads + outreach

The Return Structure
How the investment is paid back
Once monthly revenue hits ₦1M, the following split activates automatically each month. There are two phases.
Phase 1
Repayment + Return
Activates at ₦1M monthly revenue
33.3%
Repayment
Goes toward clearing the ~₦10M investment
33.3%
Investor return
Paid out monthly as a return on the investment
33.3%
Dashspid
Operations and continued growth
At ₦1M/month, two thirds of every naira goes directly back on the investment — one third to clear the principal, one third as a monthly return. As revenue grows beyond ₦1M, the repayment accelerates. At ₦2M/month the investment is fully cleared in about 15 months. At ₦3M/month, around 10 months.
Phase 2
50/50 Partnership — 2 Years
Once ~₦10M is fully repaid
50%
Investor share
Half of all monthly revenue for 2 years
50%
Dashspid
Operations and continued growth
The 2-year clock starts from the moment monthly revenue first hits ₦1M — not from when repayment is completed. After the 2-year window closes, the plan is open to discussion. There is no intention of just drawing a line and walking away — if there is an interest in staying involved in some form, that conversation will happen.
Repayment Projection

Once the investment is fully cleared, the repayment column becomes zero and the investor share moves to 50% of revenue for the remainder of the 2-year window.
